Whilst every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation of the pictures available for purchase,
individual screen sizes and settings used by the viewer may cause variations in the on-screen appearance in colour and contrast. I make each print myself, checking colour reproduction during the process, and signing and editioning the print only when I am fully satisfied that it is an accurate reproduction of the original work. Therefore, should you be unhappy with the print when you receive it, I will undertake to refund the purchase price to you. (See 'Returns and Refunds', below).
To help you make an appropriate selection for your needs, I have given approximate sizes of all prints. These are given for guidance only and should not be taken as exact measurements. For a full explanation of the various print processes, please see the relevant 'Process' link.
The copyright of all images contained in this site is retained by the artist. Requests for permission to reproduce any image in any form, or to use the work for any other purpose will be considered at the discretion of the artist.
All goods offered for sale through my website are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any UK taxes which may apply. Payment of any import duties or taxes that may apply in countries outside the UK remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Prices include postage and packing
All orders should be dispatched within seven working days of receipt and should be received by you within 14 working days. If you do not receive your print(s) within this time please do not hesitate to contact me.
If there is likely to be a delay, I will notify you and offer you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund (see 'Returns and Refunds' below). Alternatively, I will arrange a new delivery date.
Please advise me if you have not received your order within 21 days so I can trace your picture(s).
Returns and Refunds
If a print is damaged in transit or faulty, please notify me within seven days of receiving it. Please keep all packaging material. I will arrange to have the print collected at my expense and you will be offered the option of having either a replacement, an alternative print of equal value, or a full refund within 30 days.
I do not hold your credit/debit card details.
Should you have a complaint, please email me at email@example.com. When I receive a complaint I will try to acknowledge it within 24 hours, but in no longer than three working days, and I expect to have it resolved to your satisfaction within a total of fourteen working days. I will keep you informed of the progress throughout the procedure.
POST AND PACKAGING INCLUDED
Due to the unreliability of the Royal Mail despite its exorbitant recent price rises, and to avoid having to incorporate its confusing scale of pricing according to envelope and package size, weight, colour, etc I have decided to include post and packaging in the price. All limited edition prints will continue to be sent by next day special delivery in sturdy flat cardboard envelopes . Open prints, and cards will be sent first class post.
